BEEN SO BUSY WITH WORK ALL WEEKEND. I only have this one tiny picture for yesterday and today (so far).
This was breakfast/lunch/brunch/lunkfast. Avocado and egg on toast. So good. And a small cup of grapefruit. I woke up a bit late so I didn’t have time for breakfast AND lunch before work. For dinner, I had a 6” turkey sandwich from Subway; no cheese, just turkey and a ton of veggies.
For my workout, I did 35 minutes of fast-paced dancing (samba and others), 1 set pilates buns/thighs, 1 set kickboxing arms/shoulders.
Today, was another rushed morning so I had a banana, a cup of strawberries, and a lightly salted rice cake.
Just finished lunch and I had another Subway sandwich (don’t judge! It is like a minute from where I work).Then tonight? Thunder-Spurs game!!!! Gonna be intense.
Oh right, one last thing. Today marks the end of my first week since my diet and I am happy to say that I lost 5 pounds this week. Thank goodness, because I’ve been busting my ass :D Hope everyone is having a splendid day!
Woke up this morning and made an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on white toast. I heated up some olive oil in a pan, then added some garlic powder to get it sizzling before adding the egg, some salt and some Frank’s Red Hot sauce.
Earlier! Me and Ryan went to Spoons for breakfast and then he got the bus back to Bristol after (le cries).
I dyed my hair and yet again it turned out black, even though it was meant to be a chocolate-y brown colour, oops.
I’m trying to revise now. I’ve written up my more specific notes but I’m tired and cba to keep looking over them, yuck.
